Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EasyFPL ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

EasyFPL is a free analytics tool that provides Fantasy Premier League analysis, predictions, and statistics. The Service includes expected points (xP) calculations, fixture difficulty ratings (FDR), and other statistical analysis to assist fantasy football managers.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or the availability of the Service.

User Responsibilities

By using EasyFPL, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission
  • Not use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that impacts performance
  • Accept that betting-related features are intended for users aged 18 and over

Data Sources

EasyFPL uses data from publicly available sources including:

  • Fantasy Premier League Official API (fantasy.premierleague.com)
  • Third-party betting odds providers
  • Publicly available football statistics

We do not claim ownership of this underlying data. All trademarks, team names, and player names belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

The EasyFPL codebase, design, user interface, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property. Our data visualizations, including team color representations using generic geometric patterns, are original transformative works.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Predictions and analysis are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyFPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any decisions made based on information from the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
